Directions
Spread generously over the entire body, avoiding open wounds. Leave on for 7 to 15 minutes, and then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. For the deep relief of tension in aching muscles and joints, heat the mud packet in a pan of hot water or in the microwave for two minutes at medium heat (when using the microwave, open the bag before heating). CAUTION Test heat before applying to the skin. Follow treatment with Ahava Mineral Body Lotion.
