Apply a small amount evenly through damp or dry hair. Use it alone or create a custom blend with another Redken styling product.
For a soft, sensuous look on wavy hair - apply one pump of outshine 01 to wet hair, comb through waves and let dry naturally. Can also be used on dry hair to add shine and ban frizz. For straight hair that frizzes when dried naturally, apply to wet hair and blow-dry with a round brush for sleek smoothness.
